General Description - From this page, you may access correspondence received from players and coaches as well as trainers, medical staff, scouts and league officials.

Message Filter - Users will be able to filter messages from certain types of people to better concentrate on that process. For example, free agent and coach negotiations overlap, so a user may want to focus just on messages received from coaches, address them, and then switch to players. Types include Free Agent Negotiations, Prospect Negotiations, Coach Negotiations, Scouting, League Officials, Medical, Training, General and All. The default is to show All messages. League Official's correspondence will serve as a means for game developers to make announcements concerning updates or news related to Hardball Dynasty or this specific world.

Mail - All new, unopened mail is indicated by a closed envelope icon. Next to the icon, the sender (From), Subject of the message and actual calendar date Received are listed. To open a message, please click on the Subject. The message will pop-up in a new window. To delete a message, please check the box next to the mail and click 'Delete Checked.' You may delete as many emails as you would like. If you want to delete all emails in your inbox, please 'Select All' by checking the box in the top, left corner and then clicking 'Delete Checked.' If you have read all of the emails that you intend to read and would prefer not to continue to receive an alert that you have new mail, you may select the box next to all unopened mail and click 'Mark as Read.' All unopened envelope icons will be replaced with opened mail icons.

- Indicates a direct link to negotiate with any Free Agent, Draft Pick, International Prospect, or Coach that you have had previous negotiations with. Just click the icon and it will take you directly to the negotations page.
